And a key, and VERY important fact about the tech in trek is that it isn't owned and operated by a corp out for profit (at least in United Earth/Most of the Federation, Ferengi tech and uses are outside of this discussion).
Microsoft could theoretically build a model building with voice assistant computers accessible in each room, and a dedicated VR room, in the style of Trek, but they would miss one fundamental part:
It wouldn't be free.
Not free monitarily,
Not free to learn about and modify,
Not free to replicate,
Not free to criticize,
Not free to avoid if forced, or integrate if wanted.
The Star Trek future is one where Technology and Ethics evolve side by side.
A CYBERPUNK future is one where Technology outpaces morality.
And we are not in a Trek future my friend.
