Okay, I'm going to actually do something tomorrow, I think I got my fill of absolutely rotting from today and yesterday. Not good to force yourself to grind stuff out, but not good to do nothing, even if you have to force yourself to try a bit.

It's probably much harder to get yourself to play when you don't have some outside pressure, even if it's just a piano lesson for an hour every week like I have.
If thinking about how you haven't played in so long makes you feel guilty, you should probably try again, even if you have to force yourself to for a bit.
