so I was gonna make a list of all the usages of star/stars to refer to fame/celebrity in DR to go with the "dark/star = celebrity element" statement, but going through the dialogue I realized it was almost ALL of them, around 20+ uses. at least 90% of star/stars usage refers to the showbiz slang.

this goes as expected with the characters who actually use star attacks, which includes Tenna, elnina & lanino, and gerson. the DARK part of the pairing comes into play because these are all fallen stars. nobody watches tenna anymore, most people get the weather from apps and the internet, and in gerson's case he is a "fallen" star because he is dead.

the knight is a peculiar case of having the star element and star attacks but their identity is unknown; they are literally blacked out. susie's first words to it are straight-up "who the hell are YOU?". the knight isn't just a fallen star but a forgotten star, and there is actually a casual and easily missable reference to a MAJOR big shot who was "erased from the records" and forgotten. there is a VERY good chance that this chekhov's gun mystery person was the knight.
