Sayeret Matkal rigged WTC 1, 2, and 7 for controlled demolition. I don't know who fired the cruise missile at the Pentagon, but top people at the Pentagon definitely let that happen. The most heavily-guarded airspace in the world, and they were caught totally off guard by a hijacked passenger jet flying impossible maneuvers on a collision course straight for them. Hmmm....
