Todd being realistic and saying "this game won't be out for awhile" is not the same as vaporware development hell. It at least indicates Todd has some sort of time frame in mind when making new projects. Planning out a project you know will take a lot of years does not make it vaporware.

Vaporware is something like Beyond Good and Evil 2 that gets teased as coming out soon and then it's 2 decades later and you still have nothing to show for it. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who thinks the next Elder Scrolls will probably be shit.
