fat redistribution doesnt work that way. Fat cells take around 10 years to die and reproduce according to the dominant signal they're receiving throughout the lifetime of the cell, so if your fat cells multiplied in your thighs theyll be there for 8-10 years, accumulating fat as its available, and only releasing their fat stores as a last resort seeing as abdominal fat is preferentially used over the more stable thigh and gluteal fat stores. And even if you did lose all of your fat somehow youd still put it back on in your thigh area first because your thigh cells are far more numerous than your abdominal ones right now.
