During the SeeD exam briefing Quistis Trepe wishes Seifer good luck followed by Seifer Almasy performing a Sieg Heil gesture whilst verbally commanding Fujin to add Instructor Trepe to "the list". Wtf? What list? Who else is on Seifer's list? Wtf does Seifer plan to do with the people on his list?
