Why do you care what man has to say about it?
You can go read what God has to say about it in scripture. The one thing all those churches are afraid of? People reading it without looking over their shoulders the whole time to make sure you don't read THAT part or think THAT thought or get an unapproved take. Scripture preexisted their institutions. It is the pure authority of GOD.
Go read it yourself and see what a billion men are so afraid of you seeing. What do you have to lose? Your sin? Afraid you might be SAVED by GRACE?

Rather than the Femur Breaker in human form you are obligated to drag around because someone decided to play one.
