I graduated with a CS degree from a decent college ranked T25 for CS in May 2024, have not been able to find a relevant job since then.

I'm planning to enlist in the United States Space Force in a Defensive Cyber Ops role because I can't find shit.

My goal is to do my 4 years, get out and use the top security clearance + relevant experience to work in government contracting or something similar. Maybe do a master's degree for free with the GI Bill too.

Thoughts on this plan, will this set me up for success in the future?
