If you're fat, you'll look like shit regardless, whether you tuck or not. But even if you're fat you'll look much better with a tucked shirt, provided you're not sagging you're pants below your pot belly and giving a muffin look. Fatties should wear high rise pants up to their proper waist and tuck. That way they'll still look proportionate despite having a pear shaped body.

this is the single most important jpeg for bigger guys with a gut.
actually the entire guide i stole it from is very good. the website it was hosted on is long gone but if you reverse image search it i think someone put the whole thing on facebook or linkedin.
>I need advice on how to deal with a huge gut, flat ass, weak upper body clothing wise till ive gotten into reasonable shape.
traditional fit trousers. keep wearing them when you're in shape too.
>and belts kill my belly if i wear them high up, If i don't do that my gut shows.
try thinner or wider ones. try belts with a little more give like braided leather. make sure your belt's real full grain leather not cheap glued stuff, it will shape to your body over time.
pants were trending low/mid rise for a while so they probably hit at an awkward spot on your gut. try some truly high rise pants.
if you dislike belts try trousers with side adjusters instead. or even a drawstring.
>and giant on shoulder and arms etc. if you're a chad just wear suspenders they SOLVE this problem.
$10-20 at the tailor or 10mins to fix with a sewing machine there's a lot of guides on youtube. fit to the shoulder and body then alter the sleeve.
>Please give me some brokie fat weirdo practical ways to comfortably minimize my girls horror until I can lose 100lbs.
get some og107's or vietnam war khakis some gats and get a few camp collar short sleeve shirts or bowling shirts and tailor a few tees to fit good.
there ya go day to day casual fit you'll look great in, in style as fuck and will hide the fat. bowling shirts/camp collars are your friend wear them unbuttoned with a tee under. go for a boxy looser fit on the shirt and not too loose on the tee.
