You need to learn your team order so you can alternate between panda and YX on the boss combo sequence because you need to be getting your bonus score and impair from that
Evasive assist still has its uses on this boss because the initial spear thrust attacks can be EA'd but can't be DA'd, so you can do this

I don't understand what you would be confused about besides not understanding the kit descriptions because the actual execution of that team is dummy simple
Fufu is just a quickswap stunner who stays off field, does defensive assists preferably as a cancel out of YX's counter sequence and then does EX after DA followup. Your nuance is mostly limited to making sure you have an EX to use shortly before you stun
