OHP 1x1 with 80 kg, 3x3 with 70 kg.
Incline barbell bench press 3x8 with 95 kg.
Machine chest flies 3x12 with 134 kg.
Tricep extensions 3x10 with 45 kg.

My lower back feels much better today compared to yesterday after training, also feel my chest pretty pumped.
