Just for reference, I started a marketing executive trainer job for 18k back in 2015. 18k today is roughly equivalent to 25k and they were okay with hiring someone who had no experience to learn on the job. Now most jobs are asking for 2 years experience or whatever and only paying 25k. It's definitely broken atm. I wouldn't even get out of bed for 25k because it's basically a slave wage. Imagine doing 37-40 hours a week for 1500 or whatever it is. You can get 800 a month on PIP for anxiety. You can kind of understand why people don't want to work for slave wages.
