God I fucking love writing and love it when people leave comments on my stuff saying how amazing it is and get a shit ton of Kudos and Hits, then sharing it with other people who also say it's great...
But I would rather be able to draw. Having an extremely vivid imagination and being able to put yourself there in the scene is good for writing, but it'd be better for art.
It doesn't matter how much I try, I just can't get myself to draw or 'study' drawing. It doesn't fulfill like writing does, not nearly as close. In a weird way though, while people focus on good writing over good art, good art is ultimately more seen, shared, and wanted since it's far easier to digest and share.
I don't really feel jealous when seeing good art, I feel sad that no matter how many times I tried and different ways I tried, it never worked out.
