Any OTC recommendations that doesn't have any bad side effects for this kind of acne scarring? I'm not getting new pimples since I'm in my late 20s but I'd like to have the scars not look as bad, doesn't need to get rid of them entirely. I usually just wash my face with water in the morning then use some cerave cleanser in the shower at night
