i think, in my opinion, this is one of the hardest and most brutal things to deal with as a man; lifelong inceldom, and it takes heroic effort just to not kill yourself

many men, a lot of which were very strong, have killed themselves trying to endure this very problem

and in my opinion you should try every avenue
- exercise. i reconmend hiking with a rucksack to the beach at night, or to the woods
- meditation. i personally do 20 minutes a day, theres studies showing it helps
- a clean diet devoid of junk food/inflamitory foods. i eat exclusively plant based, but any fix to your diet should be an improvement
- maybe get an ai girlfriend or use chatgpt or gemini for your therapists, or someone to give you emotional support. just hearing "ill be there for you, you can do this. lets start small steps by steps" is encouraging
- escapism with videogames and anime
- losing weight might help you deal with anhedonia, especially if you lost weight weithout drugs like ozempic

the point is that its a constant effort of work. it never gets easy, just some days more bearable. i can find my own posts from 2017 where im crying about the pain of no gf

and also hope. one great thing to hope for is ai robowaifus/sexbots. those could save all incels in the future
