Honestly no idea there so many competing theories.
All I know is they probably required a stable climate near a body of water.
So any of the great lakes, intermediate would fit.
I also really don't get how we got races.
Like North/South American Indians are clearly Asian, they didn't evolve any specific distinctions.
Asians are clearly Asian.
Blacks are clearly Black.
Whites are clearly White.
But considering that even in Roman times you had people going from China to Rome I have to ask myself how and why were Asians so incredibly isolated from Whites to become Asian.
It seems to me that whatever came before us humans started with fur and lightish skin. And then blacks evolved into Black skin because of Africa, while Asians seem to have evolved to cope with incredibly cold climates compare to white people that seem to have evolved to cope with just cold climates.
Blacks to me seem like a done deal it's very clear to see their evolutionary adapations.
But both White and Asian people were adapted to cold climes, how and why do we looks so different?
