Force the devs to playtest everything on OCE servers to experience the netcode.
Get he FFXI guys in to throw in some ideas.
Reuse old dungeons for hard modes again.
Get a good writer in from another studio.
Turn back the clock on the jobs by two or three expansions, make a better middleground.
Hurry the fuck up with dev time, hire internationally full time. It's not too many cooks if you're this slow.
