>Leila
She would make a grand speech about fate and the interconnectedness of all things, but the core reason the light chose her doesn't differ much from others. It happened after witnessing one of the Pure, and while, the ambition for change is part of it, it's not the only factor. The other half is an incredible amount of resent she has for the corporations, the spineless cowards who take their dirty money, and the City itself due watching those around, especially her parents, debase themselves. To the Light, these read as a zeal for its cause that few match — the kind that wouldn't be shaken by its desire to wipe the earth clean. Of course, Leila's feelings on the state of things don't actually go that far as she views others as victims and desires to help them.
I imagine that she's somewhat flexible in battle, either playing a supporting role with healing and barriers or being more direct. While not exactly reckless, she's certainly willing to take risks since less likely she'll be permanently put down, and won't hesitate to use herself for a strategic sacrifices. She also has some use in more subtle operations.
