Have you played through OoT before? OoT3D is not a bad option for a first playthrough, as it has a few quality of life things. If you don't want to spend the money then the PC Port (ship of harkanian) is by far the best way to play the game nowadays. If you have played the game the 3DS version is now pretty useless now that the PC port is around, unless you really like the 3DS models or something
