Another half hour of Bridgman. I usually find his sketches fairly easy to digest and breakdown but these hands were kicking my ass. Idk, just felt a lot harder to get through than usual.

Very nice, anon. Your shadows do look a little muddy? but that could be the style you're going for. It adds to the muted and dreary vibes of the character.
I would definitely say that you're not /beg/ as you seem to have a solid grasp of anatomy and form.

You definitely have improved. I think that fact you draw pretty consistently rustles some jimmies.
I'd suggest doing some form exercises (stacking cubes and tubes with some thought to perspective) would really help add some more weight and dimensionality to your sketches.
But if this is purely a method of relaxation that you're happy with then continue as you are.
Personally I enjoy seeing your stuff.
