Because the most vocal opponent to the shupoposter(s), demofloydposter, is an annoying faggot who throws tantrums when people call him out for making low effort posts, for which he has been banned multiple times along with what >>539426602 said, shupoposting has somewhat become, for lack of a better word, "thread culture".
Personally, don't care much if the image of a post is a shupo, as long as the text content is actually related to the game. I report all the "haha shupos cute" posts every time I see them.
