I like the idea that he stole a firehose to shoot his goo better, but the body shape looks like it was drawn by someone who really wants to fuck the ice cream guy from lilo and stitch. His outfit looks way too put together for it to work as comic relief design, and the sunglasses are a huge step down from both the current eyes and the old WIP sea creature.
I think it's good for gameplay to make him a bigger character, but this version just looks so bad especially with dynamo's animation set.
