I still think to this day every army should have their own "fail" effect with leadership tests that are unique to each army to better reflect what happens when they lose "leadership", like Orkz fighting among each other to see who is the boss.
Would this be balanced? Fuck no.
Could it be fun? Maybe, but not with GW writing.
