Yes, I've read Neville throughly, listened his lectures too. I've applied his methods seriously: SATS every night, living in the end, mental diet, revision. I've seen results, but I've also faced the uncomfortable realization that "applying the law" isn't just about doing techniques when I feel like it, it's about a fundamental shift in identity.
I don't think a lot of people are capable of that. They think visualizing a few times means you're done. They don't actually assume the new self. They wait for evidence instead of being the evidence. I did that too for a while.
I mean the hard truth is that Neville's stuff is simple but not easy. It forces you to abandon your old self entirely. That's where most fall off. Not because it doesn't work but because they don't persist long enough for the state to harden into fact.
