>charisma void characters
You answered your own question.
Characters with very distinct personalities (Blade, sigger, Scampo, Argenti, Boothill, etc.) can't be projected onto hard. People either like them for how they are, or not.
When you have a "character" that is just generic and boring, then the only way to make people care is by projecting things onto them. Either through pity bait, "aura" moments, or made up headcanons of personality that they don't have. Hence why fags of charisma voids will always be worse than any schizo of some character that feels like an actual character. Because everything about their "love" for their character is beyond forced, doesn't feel organic, and it's not even real (if you need to make up different personalities to like some character because canon version of them is big BLACK HOLE in terms of charisma; then you don't like that said character, you like your idea of them that only exists in your own head).
