if you want a more subtle kind of cheating (the kind where you don't know if she's actually cheating or not until she births a different race kid) then you'll want to install:

-"Further Lovers Comfort" (set dialogues to none in MCM to make coitus more discreet)
-"enslaved followers" allows your wife (if she's also a follower) to get captured, enslaved and raped by your enemies (synergizes with being female)
-"being female" so that your wife has a chance to get impregnated by other ppl with and/or without initiating direct sexlab scenes (also, don't use fertility mode instead of this, the author removed the functionality for your wife to cheat, it also does not work anymore with enslaved followers)
-"Spouse's freedom" to make your wife go out and trigger scenes (synergizes well with lovers comfort and being female)
