C1 is more important since it removes minimizes the RNG on her bullets, so you get more PHEC shots loaded and therefore do more damage. R1 is very nice, but you can roll for any stat-stick bow and get good value from it. I'd recommend rolling for Lyney's if you're more of a F2P, since it works on any CA character like Chasker or Ganyu.
