Nobody knew her vtuber identity back then but her, it raises the question why she would archive a document she wrote herself
There are screenshots of it ft a Norwegian UI, there is speculation this individual is the creator of the dockey
The document has since been deleted shortly after the screenshot and nationality of the individual started circulating
The skin color of the perpetrator is not yet known but there is speculation that it is not typically Norwegian

It was actually a joke as floopy produces video game OST and references the cbat song reddit meme

The artist producing cbat Hudson Mohawke saw the meme and uploaded it to his channel for clout sep 5th
There have been claims of deleted tweets from Jelly relating to this but no proof has been provided
