You people fail to understand that they can't make more heavies spawn because they hard coded heavy spawns after the buff patch. Remember when reddit divers (and lots of people here too, sadly) kept crying about too many heavies spawning at once? Well they made sure to fix that issue permanently because AH was really shaken up by all of the review bombing and death threats. You can't fully blame AH for this debacle, redditors and /hdg/ are partly responsible as well.
