Ironically, Ferris made me cringe when he said "I don't believe in Beetles, I just believe in me." Kinda wanted to pop him in the face. I was trying to be smug at you and it backfired onto me. How's that for instant karma, lol.
Joking aside, I don't agree with communism. I'm no expert but from my limited understanding of it, it abuses the people and the machines. I've been a production manager and a free-lance machine mechanic and I can tell you that capitalism always requires things that cannot be practically done. Capitalism is THE WORST for this. Managers kiss ass and overpromise and underdeliver and then leave it to the workers and the machines (which they have no understanding of) to pick up the slack. Communism has better goals but it has the same exact weaknesses.
Ironically, it's because of capitalism that I only do free-lance. Why would I commit myself to a line that doesn't commit to me, that belongs to one person, who gets paid just because they own the thing? It makes no sense but people just go with it because it's easier on the brain.
We don't need any isms. The only thing the economy needs is for the brass to have to have some dirty workers at the discussion table, AND listen to what they say, and for every manager to have years on the line being a grunt and some time with mechanics/electricians so they understand that I can't do maintenance on a plane that's currently flying through the air and you can't run 400 amps through an extension cord, and no it's not because I have a bad attitude, I'm just allergic to cords exploding and staring fires, lol.
