Unironically this is because Rapeape (headmod of the site who gets paid 5000k a month by Hiroyuki) and the devteam hasn't substantially updated this site since moot left. The sharty hack showed that most of the code is from 2015, that's why they managed to take this place down with such a simple exploit. Even with the site getting nuked Rapeape and friends won't do shit to update this place to modern standards because anons just keep coming back anyway instead of starting their own, better chan. Btw, the servers are still hosted on old 2010s era computers moot got on sale over a decade ago.
