In exedra they added CD dramas, Scene 0, Oriko, Wraith Arc. And in a promo film of exedra Tart, Kazumi and Suzune appeared. So i guess they still consider spinoffs with serious plot somewhat important and are aware of them. But i don't think they will be adapted.
Not all are a the same level. The spinoffs I'd like more adapted to anime would be CD drama 1 and 3, Oriko Magica and Wraith Arc only if we still see something of that spinoff in Kaiten. Very few people talk about Suzune or Kazumi and they are boring imo. Not worth to have an adaptation. TDS is loved but for me it was good due to the first part, plot of CD drama 3. Besides that, is another branch.
