Imagine that you got a big apartment with dozen of rooms. All of them are nice except one which is basically a fully dilapidated rotting molded ruin gaping outside. It's not critical but occasionally on a bad weather you smell the blooming algae, there is a constant drift and sometimes various insects and small animals use that room as an entrance. So you either renovate that room to fit with the rest or you just bulldoze it to the ground and stack the doorframe with bricks. Leaving it be there and slowly spread its rot further it's like letting cancer to run amok in ones body.
These guns don't fit the balance, don't fit the gameplay and don't fit it visually.
