Incredibly wrong.
All animals have a natural diet that is dictated to them to their biology and the organs of their digestive system. Humans are not an exception to this.
We don't look at rabbits and we say: "all rabbits are different! This one eats grass, but this other one thrives on pizza and beer!" "it's all calories anyway!"
The idea that people are different enough that completely different diets can work out for different people is the most braindead take of all.
There is only one diet that works with the organs that humans have available to digest food.
Humans are obligate hypercarnivores, as dictated by the organs of our digestive system, and we can barely tolerate any foods that aren't our natural diet without developing disease.
>but humans can eat starch, grains, vegetables, etc!
>why am I getting cavities and starting to bald in my twenties?
>Must be genetics!
Cool story bro.
