I did carnivore for 1.5 years. I actually like keto diets for their benefits:

- minimal/no teeth rot
- less bloating
- insane micronutrient density

However, it's very hard for me to get shredded on keto. The satiety effect that keto-dieters report disappears when you're not fat.

Pic was me after 1.5 years of carnivore. It made me big and strong (turns out, you don't need carbs to build muscle), but also fat by my standards.

I'm skinny as fuck and haven't experienced this at all. I eat twice a day. Off keto I'm always hungry. I didn't start keto for weight issues tho. So maybe it has more to do with an eating disorder rather than what you're eating.

The closest animals that can labeled obligate carnivores are big cats, and even they occasionally eat grass for similar reasons to why humans consume fiber. And their physiology is way more suited for meat consumption than ours. The fact that wolves in your cherrypicked comparison also eat plant matter to make up 10% of their caloric intake is also ironic.

While humans can survive purely off of plants OR meat (although we'd both die 20 years early in both cases), wolves would quickly die if they were only fed plants. So would every other carnivore. That alone is proof enough of our omnivorous physiology.

There's more to cooking grain than just heating, apparently. And fermentation to my knowledge always improves grains and grasses.

Bone and tooth problems are caused mostly by a lack of vitamins a, k2 & d3; and minerals phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, selenium, manganese, & zinc.

I don't think there's any secret food to keep you satiated. Just whole food mainly although I did start adding some protein powder but it's not really needed. Eggs, fish, meat, cheese, vegetables and nuts nothing else. Water and coffee. Been eating this way for like 5 years. And yes I stick to 20g net carbs. I might hit 30g net some days. I don't have cheat days or eat any junk food no reason to the whole concept sounds stupid if you're doing keto right you don't want junk. There's really not a lot to figure out that's why I like it it's easy and imo easily one of the healthiest ways to eat.

I have tried the carnivore diet for more than 4 times and everytime I did, I got reminded why it’s stupid and quit it after a while.

Sort of. The human body makes all the glucose needed to function properly in the absence of carbs provided enough fat is available. The brain seems to prefer ketones but needs glucose as well. Again the human body doesn't require a single carb to get all the glucose it needs. Because gluconeogensis is demand driven the human body can't create too much glucose from fat and protein so it can't convert to body fat either whereas excess carb consumption will be rapidly stored as body fat.
