Those aren't the only animal-derived nutrients humans require for optimal health. It's somply an undeniable fact st this point that humans are obligate carnivores (meaning we need a substantial portion of our diet to be meat in order to be healthy). I've also personally tried a vegan diet and it made me sick and frail. Now I'm on a carnivore + fruit + honey diet and I feel much better: better digestion; more energy; look younger and healthier; and gain muscle almost effortlessly.
