I did carnivore for 1.5 years. I actually like keto diets for their benefits:
- minimal/no teeth rot
- less bloating
- insane micronutrient density
However, it's very hard for me to get shredded on keto. The satiety effect that keto-dieters report disappears when you're not fat.
