That wasn't me but thanks for defending me other anon. I'm not meming, I started posting in May. My improvements were small for 3 months because I looked good enough for summer to eat at events. I'm in no rush, if it takes me 2 years to put on 15 pounds of lean muscle so be it. My body is good enough for the women in my life, clothes fit well, and there's enough definition. If you're getting giga huge and lean faster, good for you bro keep it up.
