There are so many solutions to these problems but everyone wants to frame them in a way that makes things worse and then throw their hands up as if nothing can be done.
Increase the recovery window on whiffed tap parry, make parrying on wakeup remove whatever sort of throwloop protection gets put in place, increase the throwtech window. If they dedicated time for a balance team to figure this shit out I'm sure they would, they just don't care because they want this game to be as frustrating as possible.
