The map they scale Yggdrasil to universe sized from features Ratatoskr, Skoll, Hati, Jormungandr, and Surtr. Maintaining the pixel scaling they use means that those characters have to be, at the very least, the size of multiple galaxies. You can see Ratotaskr outside Brok and Sindri's house, in the lower left hand section of the map.
