I'd say at least half of them I see are fully jeeted out. Wide rims and tires with a bare spare rim, those dangling things in the front and the jeet decals.

Can anybody explain this Jeet behavior? I see it a lot here in Alberta. Could they not afford a 5th tire? Are they trying to flex by showing off their wide rims?
