nah I was making a left turn from a double left turn lane. I had the right of way, and you're only allowed to do the left turn when the left lane signal is green (not allowed to make it if both way are green even if no cars are present). the truck was camping on the other side's right turn, and probably thought he could squeeze in before traffic reached him.
