Is static needle really that ass? Isn't it BiS melee for pvp? Unless halleck's pick poison or w/e is better
I've never OHKO'd anyone before with a slow attack from the stock regis rapier, but with the needle's 138 base dmg plus passive boosts plus manip instability it's been great for one-tap ambushes and regular PVP
