Im on day 13 right now after being a heavy addict for the past 2 years and I saw in some youtube video about benefits of this saying that around this day mark, theres a certain effect where every emotion you feel is heightened. Like if youre happy youre really really happy and if youre sad youre really really sad and so on.
I think this is happening to me, today my mood has been constantly shifting between intense happiness, extreme calmness, massive loneliness, feeling extremely empty, and also very stressed. I feel like im going crazy and every emotion I feel feels extremely intense but my emotions and mood constantly change i dont know what is happening I just feel so much
