If using your finger to push them out is proving tricky, try this method.
Step 1:
Get a q-tip and position it in the bottom groove of your tonsil. Start to glide the tip along the tonsil edge towards the top opening, applying pressure as you go.
The stones will start to pop out of the small opening at the top.
You may need to repeat this process several times to make sure all of the stones have been removed. Each tonsil can store a surprising amount of stones and there may be a build up.
