Consult this highly opinionated tier list then. The Good Tier warbonds have some very fun weapons (Steeled Veterans has Senator and Dominator; Freedom's Flame has the Cookout, Torcher and Inflammable armor; Chemical Agents has the Gas Grenade, Stim Pistol and Gas Dog; Truth Enforcers has the Reprimand; Borderline Justice has the Talon, Hover Pack and Deadeye). Great Tier also have very good and fun stuff but more along the lines of meta pick. Everything below those are generally stuff you grab when you don't have anything else to buy.
