You can tell developers are trying to be careul to not making Lucia too strong.
She is sligtly above Pan Yinhu.
But far below C1W0 Trigger.

The root cause is most likely because
They didn't want to make Yixuan too strong due to miyabi sensibilities.
So they moved a huge fraction of Yixuan's power over to Pan Yinhu's C6.
As result Pan i now too strong, and Lucia (who is meant to be roughly equivalent to Astra) appears extremely underwhelming.

Miyabi was actually lucky nough to have access to Fusion Compiler.

It's Yixuan who have to cope with Nkomata engine. But even this was good enough.
