i don't care about minimalism but if they're going for that route i wish they would remove all the bloat like tutorials, tips, the gay x sign when you hit bullets, stuff that tells you you can do QTE here, everything that isn't integral to the gameplay.

new game UI's are like iphones, minimalistic and functionalist only on the surface but bloated on the inside, minimalism is just an aesthetic to them
