Voice actor here, 4 hours is a pretty reasonable timeframe for all of Gustave's dialogue, recording for video games tends to go by really fast. I'm pretty sure he got paid the same amount any other VA would've gotten (or maybe double scale, which is more common for celebs), and video game sales don't give VAs residuals so he probably thought it was an easy little job for pocket money. This does let him start getting invites to gaming conventions though and autograph sales in those can make you a nice chunk of change.
